Search Leader
The Search Leader is a high-impact, dual-desk producer responsible for driving professional search adoption within assigned markets while personally delivering on both recruiting execution and revenue generation. This role operates a 60% recruiting / 40% sales desk, balancing candidate leadership with proactive business development. The Search Leader owns revenue performance, leads complex and confidential searches, and serves as a market-facing expert who models pricing discipline and consultative selling.

Key Accountabilities:
The Search Leader is responsible for driving search adoption, owning revenue performance, and delivering high-impact professional search solutions within assigned markets. This includes overall responsibility in the following areas:
Search Execution and Candidate Liaison:
- Lead concurrent complex, high-impact, and confidential searches.
- Own the full lifecycle of search execution:
- Market mapping and talent identification.
- Candidate outreach, engagement, and qualification.
- Interview preparation, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience from first contact through placement and beyond.
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines aligned to core market segments.
- Provide career coaching and advisory support to candidates.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned to client expectations and SLAs.
Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Proactively develop and expand client relationships through consultative engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and close new search opportunities.
- Conduct intake meetings that elevate role clarity, expectations, and search strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business goals, talent challenges, and market dynamics.
- Establish a consistent rhythm of client communication, feedback loops, and service reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an “above and beyond” experience for both clients and candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in full-desk recruiting, executive search, or staffing sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business and close search engagements.
- Strong capability in managing multiple concurrent searches.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Ability to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices) as needed.
- Ability to produce results within an autonomous environment, within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients (customers, employees, and vendors).
- Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and other criteria to determine courses of action.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
- Ability to analyze talent markets and translate insights into action.
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
